How our "Photo to Portrait" process works

• Choose the format (oil, watercolor, charcoal or pencil) and size of your hand painted "Photo to Portrait".
• After processing your order, we will email detailed instuctions on how to provide your photo(s) for reproduction along any special requests that you have for the portrait.
• Once your info is received, our artists start work handcrafting your portrait. Depending on the format and size, each painting takes approximately 2-3 weeks to complete and deliver. Our preferred status with our professional artists allows for this quick turnaround.
• Once the portrait is complete, we email an image of the painting to you for inspection, confirmation and comment. If necessary, we will make any requested modifications to the portrait and email you another image of the painting for confirmation. Any changes to the painting will add approximately 4 days to the delivery time.
• For delivery, the portrait will be rolled and placed in a plastic gallery art tube. At this time, framing is not offered as an option.
• Your hand painted portrait will be shipped via express delivery.
